Return, Refund & Exchange

RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means your returned item must arrive at IN SHOES WE TRUST warehouse no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 8 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the warehouse location within 14 days.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (the shoe box and dust bags are part of the product and should remain intact).

We offer free return for all shoes sold on the site, excluding exceptions and non-returnable items. Accessories and other category items can be returned at your expense.

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the item(s) show any sign that has been altered from its original condition in any way.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items like "Gift Cards" and "SALE" are also not eligible for returns. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong one, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN

  • Visit our Returns Center.
  • Enter your order number and email address.
  • Select the item(s) you want to exchange or return and follow the instructions.
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a Return Confirmation email with your RMA# number and shipping guidelines.

HOW TO PACK RETURN ITEM(S)

  • Print the Order Confirmation email and write a note specifying your RMA# number on it.
  • Place the item(s) you want to return with the original packaging, including the printed Order Confirmation email containing your RMA# in the IN SHOES WE TRUST shipping box (if not damaged). Our shipping box has an inside eco-friendly sticker to close the box and make you save tape.
  • Please remember to remove the original shipping label from the box.

IMPORTANT: the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (the shoe box and dust bags are part of the product and should remain intact).

HOW TO GET A REFUND

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll get an email and automatically issued via the original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

You can also check the delivery status of your parcel using the tracking number provided by the courier.
